Keyword Research And How I Do It

Keyword Research and How I personally find them for clients and myself.

It's been awhile since my last update so I figure I'd give a great update that you too will be able to monetize on.

It's really simple and a lot of people need this service. I normally charge anywhere from $20 - $30 for keyword research and it literally takes me less than 10 minutes.

I've seen others charging $100+ for this same exact service. I've recorded myself doing keyword research so you can follow along and pause the video when ever you need.

The tools that I used in this video are:

1. Comodo Dragon Web Browser
2. Google's Keyword Tool for Adwords
3. Scrapebox ($57)
4. Notepad
5. Microsoft Excel


In this video I show you how I find highly searched keywords with little to no competition. In other words, Easy to rank keywords. You can provide this same service for your clients, use it to rank your own niche sites or even use it to find Exact Match Domains to flip if that is something you would want to do.

Now take this information and do what you want with it. Use it for yourself to start building and ranking websites, sell the service...It doesn't matter.

Just Apply this valuable information and monetize it some how. I hope this makes up for the lack of post. Been busy with other projects.

Can I Get This Cheaper? Can You Rush This Order?

As an Internet Marketer / Web Developer I hear these things all the time!

First people promising one thing if they can get a deal on the current price or second they want you to rush the job.

One of the most common messages and replies I get from people buying my online graphics design service is.

"Would you accept $xxx.xx ? I have a lot of work to provide you. Accept my offer and I will bring you more work"

Well there is nothing wrong with giving a discount every now and then but I notice it to be a more common thing now days.

I personally rather offer my older clients discounts on future orders rather than offering a new client a discount straight off the bat.

Depending on my work load I sometimes give my new clients a discount.

If I am backed up with work then I usually tell them that they will need to make a purchase at the regular price and if they do have more work to offer me then I will consider giving a discount on those future orders.

Another common message or reply I receive is.

"Hey I just purchased and paid. I am on a deadline and need this designed by tomorrow, can you get me a first draft by tonight"

First of all, with any service that is provided, whether it's an automotive service or an online design service if there is a rush to be made on the orders there will also be a rush price.

Again, it all comes down to how much work I am currently doing at the moment, if I am free and able to rush the job for the client, I will always go out of my way to please the client and rush the order. Other then that I will simply tell them that if they need the order rushed there will be a rush fee that they will need to pay.

Most of the time they will understand but there are a few that demand a refund after.

These are just a few things I personally face as an online web developer and I know that there are others out there that face the same or similar situation.

With A New Year Comes New Renewal Fees

Happy New Years!

Well like always, with a new year comes new renewal fees. Now when it comes to domains, I usually go where the coupons are!

Most times I tend to go with the godaddy coupon code which gets you a new domain for $1.17 (after icann fees) - $8.XX (don't know the exact cent amount)

Thing with this is...they catch you a year later when it's time to renew! And that is what happen here in my case.

I am letting a lot of domains drop today from my portfolio and kept only the ones that are developed and doing good...

trust me a lot of good domains are dropping out of my portfolio but I simply do not have the funds to renew them all...

Another place I go to for domains is namecheap.com they are straight to the point of $10.67 with free private reg. so...with that being said..I also have a domain portfolio there that needs renewing this year.. and again, only keeping the domains that are developed and making revenue.

I have a bad habit of registering too many domain names and never finding the time to develop them.

It just seems that time is going by way too fast.
